Parker Auto Care is fantastic! After looking at the car the repair man said it was the starter or the alternator. When he was able to test the car it was the starter, but he tested the alternator to make sure it was still good. Upfront pricing, fixed it in one day and they stayed open past working hours to finish the job. We are so very grateful for their help! Highly recommend 👌

I was traveling from another state and stopped in Plano when my Chrysler Town & Country’s alternator went out. I was extremely worried it would ruin my entire trip, but thanks to the owner, my experience was completely turned around. He was able to get me in quickly, source the part, and install it all on the same day. The service was fast, the price was very fair, and the customer service was amazing. Highly recommended

I initially went to get my 2012 Nissan Maxima diagnosed and accidentally walked into the shop next to Parker Auto Care. Just a heads up for everyone — there are two separate shops located in the same area, and they are not the same business. If you’re looking for Parker Auto Care, make sure you confirm the name when you arrive and ask for Uday. I’m posting this so people understand the difference and don’t get confused like I did.
